I am an education leader and the current Vice President of the Nyack Board of Education, where I have focused on strengthening student outcomes and building greater alignment across the district. As an incumbent, I bring both local leadership experience and a broader perspective shaped by years of work in education.
In my professional work, I have partnered with schools and organizations to improve student outcomes, strengthen school culture, and ensure that decisions are grounded in data and centered on equity. My approach emphasizes clarity, coherence, and follow-through—making sure priorities are not just identified, but consistently implemented in ways that benefit students.
During my first term on the Board, I have worked to support data-informed decision-making, advance conversations around equity and racial justice, and promote greater transparency and alignment across the district. I believe strong public schools require both high expectations and the right supports for students, educators, and families.
As a Nyack parent, this work is deeply personal to me. I am committed to ensuring that every student has access to a strong, supportive, and equitable educational experience—and that our district continues to move forward with purpose, focus, and accountability.
